Alfalfa sprouts are considered to really healthy but there are some facts to know about them. (...)

Alfalfa sprouts are considered to really healthy but there are some facts to know about them. There are many chances that you may get food poisoning due to these sprouts as they are grown as animal food, which are generally not prepared according to the health standards. These sprouts are generally non pathogen certified that means that there is a risk of pathogen infection in case of their consumption. This can avoided by using seeds that are non pathogen certified. They are easily available.

These sprouts also contain high amount of phytoestrogens which contribute to pre menstrual stress in females. Also they prove to be very harmful in case of consumption by kids. They also cause early puberty in case of a girl child uses them regularly. So we can look somewhere else for some other seeds that contain less amount of the mentioned acid. Also some more components like sapotoxins, malonic acid and L-canavanine sulphate are found in these sprouts. These chemicals do have some adverse effects on the human body. They stop the reabsorption of the cholesterol present in the body. So even in this case you can use some other sprouts.

These claims are simply applied to many other sprouts that are consumed, just without the harmful effects. Claims like sprouts are the complete food are not valid because no food can individually serve as a complete food, though they have considerable amount of vitamins and other important nutrients.

Alfalfa sprouts take much longer time to get sprouted as compared to many other in the same category, and is more temperature sensitive. All these factors contribute to the fact that alfalfa sprouts are not so good as compared to other sprouts. Hence instead of going for the heavy advertisements, you should also think of the above mentioned risks and the flaws that are found in alfalfa sprouts.

You might be wondering what sprouts have to with sex life and what does it have in common with Viagra. Well to start off, sprouts act as excellent sex stimulant and are a perfect replacement for Viagra. (...)

You might be wondering what sprouts have to with sex life and what does it have in common with Viagra. Well to start off, sprouts act as excellent sex stimulant and are a perfect replacement for Viagra. Many people have given positive feedback about sprouts and how it has improved or helped their sex life, there is also enough scientific evidence to prove the benefits of sprouts.

In various studies of cattle, it showed that the adding of sprouts to the diet of the cows results in more production of milk and also restores fertility of sterile cows. Experiments were performed in Beltsville, Maryland by Agricultural Experiment Station which revealed that the sterile or infertile cows which were fed with five pounds of sprouted oats along with its regular foods were able to impregnate the cows within sixty days.

It is not surprising because sprouts supply more Vitamin E than wheat and Vitamin E is an excellent source of the fertility vitamin. Even though wheat is one of the highest sources of Vitamin E, sprouts have at least three times

more Vitamin E than wheat and it should be your staple food for Vitamin E deficiency and to improve your sex life. With sprouts in your diet, you will lead a life with revitalized sex and a healthy life.
